Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have noticed particular settings on certain addons not saving even when logging out correctly.

Bartender for example doesn't save certain binds on certain bars (bar3 binds shift3 and 4). Bar1 also reverts back to a different row number. Clean minimap doesn't save its border removal and Prat reverts font size. Certain binds bound on the exact same bar does save, but some doesn't for some reason.

Obviously I first thought it was a permission issue but I have my WoW folder on a different volume than C: and I got full control over the folder on an Admin account. The main folder has its read-only attribute removed. I've also tried deleting WTF/Interface and reconfiguring everything fresh but I'm still having the issue.

I have the SAME EXACT problem with Bartender. Super annoying... don't have the other addons though. Every time I log in or /reload I have tell Bartender to have 1 row for bar 1 and I have to reapply my shift+# keybinds on bar 3. Also tried removing read only with no success.

Someone in this thread suggested deleting the WDB folder, which seems to have fixed the problem for me.

It sounds like WoW does not have permissions to write addon settings back to disk when you exit the game.

So either fix the permissions, or run the game as Administrator.

try moving you game folder to users > public and actually run the wow.exe as admin

make sure you are exiting the game properly after you have changed bindings / interface settings or confirm the changes by typing
/console reloadui
