Is there any addon that can do countdown from the time i set?For example i set 30 min and it starts counting from 30 min to 0.Or at least any time addon that can do nearly the same.Cant find any

There should be two StopWatch addons released, do a search on these forums.

There's also a timer bars addon that can do arbitrary timers but I don't recall the name and my backups from vanilla are chaotic

It has a bunch of built-in timers for trash, tradeskill cds and such but you can disable them all and it allows you to create custom ones.
