looked on google and none of the addons worked, i found one called rangecolors which is supposedly what i want, jsut looking for an addon that makes the whole spell red when im out of range rather than just the binding red.

I wish I could find this too. I had an amazing one for my hunter on live. But they're all broken. About to learn how to develop addons myself.

Looks like RangeColors is for a much later expansion of WoW.

Discord Action Bars lets you customize color of your spells when they are out of range - along with tons of other customization. I'm a big DAB advocate because of the customization... but I'm not sure if you want to switch to it.

you can do that with Bongos + Bongos_ActionBar + Bongos_Options

thats nice thanks, except i use the original blizzard bars and hate using the bongos actionbars, any way i can edit files to jsut be able to use the range indicator or something?
