Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'm looking for a trinket menu-equivalent that can be used on other item slots, particularly offhands. I.e. so I could set a priority list for 1) Furbolg Medicine Pouch (& set buff duration to 10 seconds), 2 Spell Stone, 3) Tome of Shadow Force. The mod would then switch in one after the other once they are on cooldown.

Would also be nice for rocket helms, but I'd mainly want it for offhands. Seems like it should be possible if it can already be done with trinkets.
