Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, I have a question referring to Luna HoT trackers ( the radial ones). At the moment the radial timer goes from Shaded clockwise to Highlighted, I had it where it went anti-clockwise and being greyed out but cant remember how to set it this way? Any help would be much appreciated ^^
