obvs. 2 addons hooking the blizzard global GetQuestLogTitle()

one of them is EQL3 (extended questlog) - but thats the other one? it also links the text as itemlink Oo

[Roadblock]

Could be QuestAnnouncer, QuestHistory or a number of quest related addons.
Many thought it helpful to add quest levels as a side-feature.
