I'm looking for an Addon which shows class Icons beside of the target Portrait.

You can also try Discord Unit Frames addon. You can disable any single thing here except class icons, which you can adjust in any way you like (place, size, etc). And you can also make it for your party group as well, or raid (tho I didnt try, should be possible). Heres the pic:
