Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So i've been playing this server for about a week now and throughout that week i've been trying to figure out how to get addons to work for me. i'm a mac user, OSX yosemite 10.10.5. the game works fine, i just downloaded the OSX version that nostalrius has to offer, but the addon part is what's tricking me. whenever i drag one to my addon's folder it wont come up in game. anyone else having this issue? or knows how to solve this

I don't use a mac but note that the addon's folder name and the addon's .toc file name have to match or it won't show up in the list, so if you're downloading addons from github you'll have to change the folder name.

the problem is in the folder's name.
QuestieDev-master -> QuestieDev
...etc etc

We already link to the releases and people still manage to download the repo.

None of these addons will work unless the foldername is EXACTLY the same as the *.toc file inside.
