Nameplate similar to modui?

I'm looking for nameplate with : 1. combat point. 2. enemy casting bar. 3. buff/debuff timer on it. So far, I found nameplate contained in modui can meets all these needs.
But I don't really want modui since its not compact enough (my small mac screen sucks). Any idea where I can get nameplate like the one in modui? Or how to separate nameplate out of modui?
