Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

First addon: Im expecting it to track/display my inventory for specific items. For example I want to display inventory of all poisons on screen and if # of cripping poison falls below 5 it could alert me.

Second addon: Look for addon that can automatically restock vendor item to a specific number. For example as a mage I always keep 10 runes of portals in my bag. I want the addon to restock to 10 automatically everytime I visit vendors who carry it. (FYI there's an addon called buypoison that can restock flash powder for rogues.)

Do such addons exist? Thanks in advance!
