Character specific Keybinds - not being character specific!

As you can probably tell from the title of the post, I am having trouble with my keybinds not being character specific, even though checking the "Character specific keybinds" in the UI. I therefore have to fix my keybinds everytime I switch character, which is annoying to say the least. I tried differend addons such as Bartender2 and so on, but these simply gave a bunch of error messages when installed, so I uninstalled them again. All and any help is apreciated
