Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello all. I remember using an addon that when I hover my mouse over a zone, it also showed the fishing skill level of the zone in addition to zone level... If I remember correct it was cartographer, though I cannot find it for vanilla

Maybe there is another addon doing this?
