Permament ban

My account got permament ban ( previous thread viewtopic.php?f=65&t=26100)
As GM said, my account was compromised but gave no explanation regarding the use of this specific type of punishment.
Character name - Ufolog

Terms of use sais that u get permament ban if:
Scamming.
COD Scamming;
Hacking;
Using any means of botting (e.g. a program);
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
Possession of any item(s) obtained with illegal methods;
Any client modification (libraries, executables, MPQ, etc.);
Revealing the identity of a Nostalrius Begins staff member;
Advertising for other private servers or gold selling websites;
Selling/Buying player names;
Exchanging accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services for another game's features;
Selling/Buying accounts, gold, items, or any ingame services with real money;
Publishing software, methods or articles on cheating which can be applied on the server.

So please give me any answer why i was banned....
