My account got Perma Banned

So my account says it is closed when i try to log in. Also on the website it says it is Perma banned. Now i never got a email or anything about the reason why i got banned. The character name that i mainly played was Taze on the PvE server i literally just went to get in the shower and make some food and i come back to being banned.

The account associated with that character has been permanently banned for botting. Offense was confirmed by staff, therefore sanction will not be lifted.
