char name: kelvinsh. I left for a while and use mouse macro to keep moving to prevent disconnected because my
mage friend gave me some potion and bread and I dun‘t want to lose them. And when I return after about 30mins I find I got banned. I realy like this server and never used third-party software. Please check my acc history and give me a chance.

mouse macros are done through third party software

just create a new account and start over again

Any method to prevent AFK'ing - whether it be a program or some physical object hitting your keyboard/mouse, is immediate grounds for a permanent ban.

Botting for what？ I just use macro to prevent offline and never kill 1 monster. I get anything from this. .
It takes 20days to build this char. It’s disappointed

This is called an anti-AFK bot, and is what you were banned for using. Having a program, software, hardware, or otherwise do actions for you in game without you being present is considered a bot. Account will remain banned.
