multiple accounts banned

Hi,

All of my accounts (4 in total) were banned just 10 min ago.

The characters names are : Gorbatchev, Bisuu, Analbreaker (pretty proud of this one), Mylka.

I was playing in desolace with Analbreaker when the ban suddenly happened. None of the characters above or their accounts were involved in any illegal practice that I know of, so can you explain me why they were banned ?
