Why are you everytime hating on the staff for something you don't even know?

All you guys are thinking about the not deleted items condition which could be the one that he did met, since there was a side note on his appeal.

Maybe he didn't met another condition, there are 4 of it.

Only the staff knows & there is no reason to hate them when he doesn't meet one or more conditions

And everyone knows you have to report bugs on the bugtracker not to gamemasters

in my case my only mistake was to trade the Items to my bankalt what im doing with everything to keep my bags clean... obviously a legit reason for a permanent ban =)

One condition was that you didnt sell or trade it, even to another alt.

So yes, your ban is legitimate mate.

@up: if he deleted the herbs on his bank alt with video proof before the ban, like everyone who got unbanned, its time to start using the pee in the skull .
At least he clamed that he did delete them on video.

i understand that they shoudlnt be sold but i dont see the point in not trading them if they are still in my possession

The condition that you did not meet was the first one:
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
You had a significant amount of mining activity until 15:51:30.
