The condition that you did not meet was the first one:
1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)
You had a significant amount of mining activity until 15:51:30.
These reviews have been concluded and are considered closed. Therefore I am locking this thread as it can server no further useful purpose.

This was the info I got from Tyrael:

- Unknow of time, but I did NOT see any system message on the short time I was online on the 24th, due to the reason for creating a ticket and reporting in the issue. See imgur for the conversation.

Why would I ever contact a GM if I did see your system message?
Why would I ask the gm if he could take my stuff if I would have seen it in your system message what to do?

Not everyone would have seen the system message. People could even have logged on after the time of the message (like myself). This condition makes no sense. Ofcourse some players would miss it.

What they should have done is shut the server off when the bug was found until fixed.

Honestly the way these appeals were handeled makes me reluctant to report any bugs or even open a ticket to talk to a GM.

He reported the bug and got banned for over a month. Isn't that punishment enough? Let the guy play and delete the items mined during that time. This is ridiculous

I would stay the hell away from the ticket system if I knew this. Hope my case is an eye opener for anyone trying to help the devs out by reporting in bugs and exploits.

What Eldoth told you was not a consideration in this case, however you mining after the system message was. You kept gathering for 45mins after the server announcement, so this is the reason your ban will not be lifted. Case is closed, ban will remain.
