Account Appeal. Please review.

My account,

ónyx on the PVP server was permanently banned for something that is simply true. I was accused of account sharing, the GM (whos name I do not remember how to spell exactly.. it was something like noesarius) even asked me something along the lines of "Did you just admit to account sharing?" Which I replied "No." Instead of further discussing anything with me he was quick to tell me that my account will be shutdown. I am asking you to please review the case. The fact is I did not share that account plain and simple.

Yep. thats why the first word is my chracters name. "Onyx" with the special O.

Nope. I got reported for cursing and I basically lied and said that while I was afk in the bathroom my cousin just went on my computer chair and trolled around. I have never shared my account, I give them permission to check my IP logs.

The GM then asked "Did you just admit to account sharing?" I replied no. And it was a pause for awhile and then he said I am shutting down your account for account sharing...

I was going to get just a warning for the cursing but now my account is shutdown forever. It's really not fair, if anything I should get punished for lying to the gm.. And a permanent ban is just way too harsh imo..

Why would the GM even ask if I admitted to account sharing if his mind was made up already..

The fact is my account got shut down for something that I never did. Also wouldn't sharing imply that I gave consent to person X using my account?

If you actually did go to the bathroom and your friend or family member did just screw around on your account for say 30 seconds.. is that really account sharing? And should the punishment really be a permanent ban for something so trivial? Just seems silly to me..

But anyways, I did not share my account, ever and thus I did not deserve that permanent ban.
