I was banned a few days ago for an unknown reason. I have not broken any terms of use, or violated any conditions to my knowledge. This is my only account and just want to continue to be able to keep playing and enjoying my time on the server.

If I could get some light shed onto why my account was ban and how I can rectify this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
