Yesterady GM online answer me my character has not been banned!

Remove account name, that will make it easier for someone to hack your account. What error are you getting when logging in? Have you tried purposely typing in password incorrectly to see if you get a different error?

Then follow the stickies, which you obviously didn't bother to read:

Create a thread in the support sub-forum Account issues and include your character name, server and any useful information regarding the events that occurred as this speeds up the process. For the safety of your account, never release any information [...] such as account names or passwords.

Your account has never been banned. Most likely, you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

You can also try changing your IP country lock setting with that password reset. If the country lock does not make sense for your situation, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
