Banned, but do not know why.

Hello.

I unfortunately posted this in the wrong place earlier, posting it here now.


I tried to log into my account a last night and it said that I had been banned.
I immediately came to the Forums to see if I could talk to a Nostalrius representative.

Your account has been banned permanently..

I tried logging into my Account last night and it said the account had been banned. I have no recollection of doing anything that might collide with Nostalrius Terms of Use.
I also made a new Account because I was only level 14 at the time, and thought I'd just start over, but it seems I have been banned on my IP.

Character name of last played Character: Abaddôn
Server: Nostalrius Begins PvE
Other Characters: - Benevolence - Acapella - Carvis.

Not sure what to say. I just want to play with my friends.

I really feel this is unfair as I have done nothing wrong. But it's up to you to decide.

Your account has been banned for cheat/hack detection. If you would like to appeal this ban, please provide some information about anything unusual that may have happened.

Incidentally, don't bump your thread. We handle these from oldest to newest, so it's put you to the end of the a couple times.

Apologies, didn't know bumping increased the time it takes for you to look through it.

As stated in the post above I have no recollection of ever having done anything that would collide with Nostalrius Terms of Use.

I would never hack, especially since I know that is stupid and would get me banned.

My computer is used by three people, the ones I live with, but neither of them plays WoW and I doubt they would download a hack/cheat to mess with me.

I'm not sure what I could say to help my case.
