Banned - for what?

You can argue our answers all you want. The staff is going to tell you the exact same thing. They may even ban your forum account for creating multiple threads on the same topic after you've been given a very clear answer. Save yourself the time and energy and just stop posting about this. Start a new account and be done with it.

It was like they teleported him into a white room. I ll try to make his few words more understandable

Gm: Noone else plays this account (My comment to this: Ofc, cause he got hacked)
Nixxey: I dont really know, sth was wrong with my password, so i chaned it with my email account.

Nixxey: What. For what?
Gm: Feel free to create a new account and respect our rules etc.

So why they didnt ban him straight and why they ban him by no proof? Of course some other guy logged in. If it is as you say and he is respoisble for the security(ofc) why did they even give him the chance to speak?
Is there still the chance to proof what really happened? If he really damaged the terms of use they would ve banned him straight i guess.

So i want an real investigation if it is possible and an answer.

Sounds like you got an answer from a GM to me. Also, by your own admission your friend lied about his account getting hacked. Maybe if he had been honest with the GM he would have shown some leniancy.

No its just a harsh treatment. They cant point out the reason. Of course they recognized something else loggend in, but its HIS account and he never shared it on purpose. - Yeah its his fault.
But why they didnt ban him straight? They just wanted to hear something but he couldnt answer very well.

I think its less the case that he didnt worry about his security, i just think they dont trust in him - they dont think its his account but i have proof it IS his account!

Its not just the email account, its the fact that i know the exact date of creation of his account. You dont get an email when you create an account but i still know.

I know cause i told him at whatsapp about nostalrius and he joined in. We know the exact date when the account was created. One of the GMs just has to write a PN to me, if they still think its not the "real nixxey".

I wont put the date in here cause someone might abuse it. I just want to point out that i can proof it is the account of my friend and not of the guy who maybe claimed its his/her account.

Once his account was stolen it was over. He was either never going to get it back, or it was going to get banned. Doesn't matter if you agree or not, those are the rules. For everyone.

As i said, yeah its his fault - but as they questioned him yesterday - it more seemed to me that wanted more information and to check if he really is the owner of the account - so like a last chance. But how could he proof with his english?
If this is the case and he still got the chance, please question us and investigate. We got the proof he is the owner. This is the case i think they were looking for and not that he risked his account security. For me it seemed to be a chance ... so we want to hear something about that. Please guys.

They also asked him if he sold the account. And that must be a joke. HE just told me that.

IF they ban him by that claim, they ve to proof he sold the account. And i know he didnt sell that account. Where is the proof for that?

I just saw an forumuser called "Kharaltis" claimed yesterday "his" account got hacked. He was one of the guys in teamspeak back then!!!! Investigate THIS! Please!!!!!!

And i know his real character "Kharaltis" got banned weeks ago, for multiboxing and stuff like that! If my suspicion is right he is the guy who claims "his" account got stolen. And the GMs trust a guy who still got banned? It more looks to me that he is mad about his banning and he used the oppurnity to steal the account from nixxey!

I just discovered this as i read some threads to find some similar cases and i know the name!

Please GMs! Investigate this, i m pretty sure this user is the solution to the problem!
