Banned why?

Took a 45 minute break and came back to an account ban. I am a new player so im not sure why it happened. Account name: Theogre lvl 19 Warlock.

Waited 15 mins tried Still did not work. Tried resetting the password, still says banned. my buddies are logged in and do not want to log out in fear of them getting locked out again.

Ive tried everything, unistalling, reseting password. Nothing is working. Help someone.
