Banned out of the blue

Hello there!

So yeah I have an alliance account, and a horde account. The account that got banned was the alliance one, where I have the character "Undbank", while I was running inside of Stormwind. All I did was write "/2 hai" and I got instantly banned.

I don't know but I am assuming it was triggered by some sort of bot finder, catching level 5's using the trade chat? Anyway yeah, that's about it, it was totally out of the blue.

I have these two accounts so I can trade items between the horde and the alliance (Something that was absolutely legit back in retail, but I don't know if it is here?).

I'd like to say that I have never used this account to trade anyone, and the only items I've traded were with myself on the Neutral AH, to send some stuff here (and gold). I don't know if this is legit or not, but it used to be back in retail. The other account I've traded (in the AH, or actually, bought my own stuff) is with the character "Tedim" and "Tedj".

If this is not allowed, I apologise, but I read through the rules and found nothing regarding it, and it used to be legit in retail (in fact, that was always how I made gold, shifting stuff available only to one faction, to the other).

Tyriel, Níthael warned me not to use the world or trade chats, but I thought maybe a couple times wouldn't get me fucked. I literally wrote /2 LF High level alchemist and got insta banned again, same account as before (the one with "undbank").

Apparently I really need to stay away from it for a few days, the fight against botting is real. I'll just sit here and wait for unlock, and wait a couple of days before using the world or trade chat again.
