Banned?!?!

I have 3 chars on this accout

After not logging into my account for a number of days i have just tried to log in and it says "Banned" i have checked on my status and it says "Perma Banned" please could someone get intouch to advise if this is a mistake? it says on forum that GM's will provide a reason for the ban , i can't see anything on my account information!! please investigate & advise a.s.a.p, i can only assume this is a mistake.

I am aware i got pulled on "multi boxing" a week or so ago , i apologised, GM's accepted apology and that the capacity in wich i used it wouldnt be bannable and advised i would only run one account at once , since then i have not violated any T's & C's only using two accounts to trade - wich is stipulated as an acceptible use for 'multiboxing'

Please could someone investigate & advise urgently

After looking through some of the other bans , although i appreciate some will be ligitimate / deserved there seem to be alot relating to gold transactions between players & that this would turn back a false posotive in as much as automatically flagged as "illegal gold trading" i do also trade gold between my characters.

Please advise on a definative reason for this ban , i have broke no T's & C's & am willing to offer as much support as i can for this issue to be resolved .
