Account Permanently Banned?

Hi, I was just playing on my level 5 human rogue named "Salfiti", and I suddenly got disconnected. I got a notification that my account has been banned permanently? I'm not exactly sure what happened?
Please help. Thanks

Thank you! I would appreciate it, cause honestly I didnt do anything wrong. I'm not sure why I got banned I was walking in Storm wind and suddenly i got disconnected? Please help!

level 5-7 characters tend to get auto banned for being suspected of advertising gold selling websites when writing something in a public channel
while the spam has actually decreased a lot there are some false positives that have to be manually corrected
I guess that was the case here

Oh okay, could my account be unbanned then? Maybe that was the case, I honestly did nothing that was against the terms of use.
