Banned?

I cannot log into my account, it shows the "authentication" message then it says "unable to connect". I can log into my other account. Hopefully it is not banned, I am not sure what happened.

I do not want to be rude, but without a character name we cannot do anything. We also would like to start investigations without asking for a character name everytime.

very sorry about that. It also seems as though I can log in now, I thought I was banned because I could log in to my other account and not this one. But it works now thank you.
