Help! I just logged into one of my accounts and was banned.

As I am not sure what has caused my account to be banned, I'd like to outline my most recent activity to try and help resolve this as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience in hearing me out.

To begin, I have two accounts. One has my main character, a level 57 Horde frost mage Nimki on the Nostalrius PvP realm. The other account was just created last night and has my brand new lvl 1 priest Mannerism that I have been preparing to level and gear as a 39 twink for several days now.

Ever since hitting level 54 on Nimki I have been farming dire maul east non stop to build up gold to buy all of the 39 twink items I was after for the new character on a second account. Staff of jordan, green lens, underworld band, etc. I farmed, spider silks, mats that would sell well after the zg patch, etc.

I finally pulled the trigger yesterday and began purchasing all the items I was after for my future twink. After I acquired them, I passed them on to mannerism to bank to save slot space on my mage. I mailed some of the items from Nimki to mannerism, and traded some others to him directly (I have never left the city while on either it was strictly to trade it over and no more).

Nothing about all of this seems ban worthy though, which brings me to my next portion of my explanation.

I play from only one device (my macbook) and usually from home, however I recently acquired office space to work from (I'm a freelance web designer) and today is my first day in the office. I just took a short break while here at the new office and logged into my accounts to check auctions, check around for shadow wrath boots, etc. AsI am checking the ah on mannerism to see if a holy shroud has sold or was undercut, I was removed from the game and told I am banned permanently.

I am thinking this ban has taken place because of the high lvl / value of items on such a low character? Or is it the fact I am playing on a new ip (office location) ? I am currently sitting in game on Nimki just fine and there was no ban there. (still from the office location)

In closing, I would love to request to have this ban be reviewed. I really think if you check my mail history, trades between nimki and mannerism, or even my chat logs with friends or guild mates about the process I've been in to create this alt you'd see there has been no major violation of any sort. I have a bunch of screen shots of mannerism and his banking inventory if that helps somehow. (I was preparing to write a twink guide for spriests)

If there is anything I can do to assist in reversing this decision please let me know. I can provide ip/network information, device information, whatever is needed. I have put a ton of work, time and preparation into creating mannerism and setting him up for success as a twink. It would really be a huge blow to lose all that for nothing.

Not sure how much it's worth coming from me, but Nimki's a good guy. He described to me what's happened and I know that it's probably suspicious to the anti-cheat system, whichever of those it is you folks use. That said, he is a positive and helpful player (he helped get me sorted in my first few days on this server, when I had no idea what the hell was going on) and I don't feel as if he needs to take a massive pitfall over something that could likely be ruled either way. If he did something to break the rules, make sure he knows it, but don't throw him under the bus. He had a lot of time and gold invested in the character that was banned, and he's the type of guy that honestly doesn't deserve that kind of treatment.

Edit: Let me be quite clear. I know your rules somewhat well, and I know that there are often discrepancies between what someone says happened and what actually happened. I don't think that that's the case here, but let's think about this: Even if Nimki broke the rules egregiously, I'm confident that what he did wasn't so bad that it hurt anyone else's gameplay. He wasn't crashing the server for black lotuses; he wasn't deceiving people or the like. Now, you might want to punish him for this hypothetical, and that's fine, but realize that he's a positive member of the community. He's the kind of player that makes uncertain newbies feel more comfortable with a format they don't recognize. Honestly, we hadn't spoken in quite some time, but he randomly ended up in a group of mine and told me what happened. He's doing us all a favor, honestly, he really is. Don't turn him off to the entire idea, cut a good guy some slack (if, in fact, that's what needs to happen.)
