mule account banned

Ok so I guess that last topic wasn't going to fly with that title obviously as it was deleted and not even responded to. I apologize.

Ill try again - All I did was x-fer some magic dust to my horde mule through neutral AH and then put the magic dust up on horde AH. I checked through the terms of use several times and seen nothing to indicate I broke any rules. Soon as i posted the items up on AH on my mule it was banned. Obviously the anti-cheat you guys are using is just a little too trigger-happy, in my opinion, based off the sheer amount of appeals I see daily. I have broke no rules or done anything wrong. This is now the second time I've had an account banned on a hair-trigger and had to come here to try and get it resolved, so excuse my frustration please.

Banned horde character name - Brahl a lvl 1 horde mule I had just made and transferred stuff through neutral AH from my alliance main to sell on horde AH before being immediately banned.

Please take my post seriously this time. I really do like your server and think so far it is infinitely better than feenix but its been very hard for me to enjoy it when I keep being victimized by this over-active anti-cheat system while doing nothing wrong.

What??? This must be a joke. This was an accidental double post and in my other post the gm's cleared my appeal and unbanned my account. Here is the post - viewtopic.php?f=65&t=27878. And the GM's quote :

It was posted literally 20 minutes before this. I farmed those magic dusts legit in westfall on my alliance character transferred them through the neutral AH to my own horde alt to sell in horde AH because the dusts are far more valuable in horde AH than in alliance AH. I did not and still do not see any rules against this in the terms of use. What possible rule could I be breaking here? Please... One gm said I was originally banned for something completely unrelated to "gold trafficking".

Trorsmane, your account was not banned for gold trafficking or by our anti-cheat. You were banned by our spam system, which so far has been very successful in helping us eliminate gold spam.

What the hell is going on here? Now I'm really confused. I was banned by the spam system when i wasn't even able to use chat on my lvl 1 horde alt. I had just cooled down from all this too after seeing the post about my account being unbanned then this happened and now I'm frustrated again.. sigh.

My apologies, I mistook this for a different thread. Your account is no longer banned, as the other GM posted. This was a case where the chat spam system automatically banned you; it's a good practice to reduce chatting for low level characters to avoid this happening.
