Banned Why?

Hi about 1 hour ago i just saw that i've been Permanently banned reason is not listed nor do i see any reason to why I should've been permanently banned :S.
Their must have been some sort of missunderstanding or mistake

The account associated with character Kvnz has been banned for Gold Traffic, selling or buying gold ingame.
This is a permanent ban and will not be lifted.

I have ABSOLUTELY NEVER bought GOLD or TRAFICKED. Where do you claim this gold would be coming from!? Have you seen my amount of gold? I can barely afford anything. Where did you even get this information from!? i HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING like it OMG
Please lift this ban! i have NEVER bought or sold gold
