Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Character: Kuchuk lvl 45 troll rogue, Nostalrius begins PvP Server.
Tried to log into my friend account want to send a mail,after that my account got ban. Don't want to multibox or do something else like this. Can i get my account back or its permanently banned?
