Account freezed

Dear GM,

My friend cannot login his account. He tried several different IP locations (just want to make sure it was not because of his cable problem). But still it showed the account has been either freezed or connection error.
So could you help me check what happens to his account? He wondered if his account was stolen and how can he change the password?
