Banned for Looking for Guild

I was in Org and I posed in General Chat that I was "LF leveling guild" and I received a perm ban. I did this twice in the span of about 5-10 minutes. I'm not quite sure what I did wrong to receive such a harsh punishment. I'm new to Nostalrius and I was just trying to inquire about finding a guild that accepted lowbies to make the journey from 0-60 with. My toon was only level 5 . If there is anyway I could get some more information about what happened I would appreciate it. I'd like to understand how these misunderstandings are handled before I invest too much time into a character.
