I was banned because I asked if there are Russian people in the game. I have nothing to lose, but in any case I think it is not normal what happened

If you are below level 15, then you probably got caught by the spam filter which is very sensitive at low levels.
It is adviced that you don't use the chat channels until you are level 15 - annoying, but unfortunately necessary to combat the gold sellers.
If this is indeed the case, a GM should revert your ban when he reach your request in the queue.
