My account has been banned for abusing Herb. I looted several herbs on the way while riding through Felwood and at first didn't even know that something wrong happened. First i tought it was something like a Xmas gift.

Then i read the System Message, I stopped looting the herbs and I immediately opened a ticket and asked for a clarification on how to handle the looted herbs because there was no explanation in forums.

I farmed just 5 min on that Herb, after reading that message. 5 min and my played time was like 79days = +1800 hours.

If it is possible to check the logs you can see that I stopped looting at an early point.

Christmas gift.

It was clear as daylight it was a bug.

I see the brother has taken a vacation and now it's a Christmas gift.

Details :
Where: Felwood, north side like 56.18

What: Plagueblooms

When: Like 14:35 (Server time)

How long : Like 5-10 mins, don't know really but stopped before System message announcing the bug and wrote GM how to handle it now.

1- No exploitation has been done after 15:12 server time (time of the system announcement)

After i readed this , I immediately opened a ticket and asked for a clarification, how to handle it and what to do, cause i never had a situation like this.

2- All the exploited items must have been removed

Items not deleted as reply was not received. Deleting the Plagueblooms can easily be achieved.

3- None of the items may have been traded, sold or exchanged. It includes using secondary characters as banks, trading item in the auction house, mailing the items, etc ...

No items have been sold of transformed or crafted with. Cannot confirm 100% if the items are still on my char or in my bank char but in the same Account. Didn't trade it to an another person or in the auction house etc..

4- The appeal must have been posted before the 1st January 2016
