Account Hacked

Hello, Today I try to enter my account but it say it was banned, I didn't use my account a moment in the day, I thing it might be that someone hack my account, I just want to know if I can get it back, I would change the password immediately, My Character was Nazsham. In case that it could never be restored I would understand and take more precautions with some addons
, Please if I can get it back would be so great. Thanks for the time.

Account security is your responsibility only, and therefore GM's does not recover hacked accounts.
If you decide to create a new account, be sure to keep both account name and password for yourself - and hard to guess. So don't use your forum name or ingame name as account name for example, this is a common reason here for accounts being hacked.

Also the admin can be busy at times. No harm in helping by posting if no gm has had a chance to respond

Offense has been confirmed, and as such the sanction will not be lifted. Account security is the responsibility of the player and any actions done on an account, whether the owner or not, must be sanction appropriately. We invite you to make a new account, but please review your security practices before you do.
