Hello there,

This is a first time login for my account and I can't make it past the login screen as I am getting an error saying my information is not valid. However I can log in and out of the website just fine and all my information is correct.

Please make sure your realmlist is set correctly to "set realmlist login.nostalrius.org" without "".

Also be aware that your forum account is not the actual ingame account.
You have to create an ingame account on https://en.nostalrius.org/register

If you did that already and it still does not work, try to resett your password and try again to log in.
