Ban will remain closed? Please update me what you did to your beloved <GM> Eldoth for telling me what to do step by step. This isn't fair at all. This landing on me, seeing that YOUR gm's are giving the wrong information.

I want a reason why I was misstold what to do?!

The condition for deleting exploited items is voided for this player as when speaking directly with a GM, they were incorrectly informed not to delete the exploited items. If the account is unbanned then all exploited items will be removed. - Tyrael

What exactly was the condition Nihn did not meet? Not deleting the items the GAME MASTER (trusted Nostalrius staff) told him he could keep?

What you are doing here when not being transparent is pretty much making people speculate and thus giving yourselves a bad reputation.

You are also encouraging people NOT to report bugs, simply because people need to use the bug once before realizing it is in fact a bug. What Nihn did was report this to a GM when he noticed something was wrong and still got banned for it? Do you really think an honest player on your server deserves a ban because he reported a bug for you to fix?

By keeping up with such a behaviour, you guys will eventually lose a lot of your player base and be nothing but a forgotten and desolate server.

nice try but meanless. GMs think you wanna abuse the bug and you did.

This is an insane reason for a ban. He reported a bug (an act which is encouraged by every single GM on the server) and got misleading information on how to deal with it. He essentially got banned for trying to help the server AND following a GAME MASTER's advice.
