Account banned,Really need help!

This is a Chinese player,I have played the game since September.spent too much time on playing my account,Cause i love this game.My account was warned by your company once by open two game clients before,And this time was banned by the same reason.But honestly,because of my mother language is Chinese.so i am not good at English.So the first time i didnt noticed the reason of suspend on my account.just thought its suspended by mistake.I am a loyal player of this game,enjoy PVP in game,spent lost of time on doing PVP. So i never broke any of your other rules.i opened two account all because i was boring when waiting for the CD of BWL,so leveled an alt for fun,i am really sorry about that,Hope your understanding and give me some help.I really dont want to lose my account,i am also a main member of TAQ guild,Spent all my time on enjoying the game.Never farm or sell gold,or break any of your company rules. i dont know that open two clients is not allowed,but i promise i wont do that again.Just hope you can give me a change,give me some help to return my account back,i will appreciate of that.Thank you!
