A player does not need to attack the summoned NPC.
It got spawned and immediately tagged all players in range for PvP.

It is the players responsibility to report bugs & keep himself updated about bugs.

This ban will not be lifted.

Why are you lying?

The pet doesn't flag anyone in range. You only get flagged if you attack it. I'll post a video soon to prove it.
I'd like a GM other than the one who banned me to have a look at my appeal before it gets declined, and please wait for me to upload my video before you lock the thread.

not to point out the obvious. but maybe when you encounter a bug. simply mash a small keystroke of Alt+tab, click on your web browser and search the Nostalrius bugtracker for dream vision.
this is what I found and it's been bugged since release most likely, but reported last year around October for the description you mentioned. (granted, the details about it are non existant and lack information)
given that the reports are there. adding information of what you experienced and how to replicate it (with possibility of abuse if any) in the bug report would probably be a good way to present your appeal.

sorry to hear about the ban. GM's can be very aggressive when something is bugged and being used. (even if it's been bugged since release with no updates on it)
