How yould you know that? I see you accuse people all the time for no good reason. You can help people fix their appeal if they are missing something. Other than that, it's best to keep your thoughts to yourself and let the GM's handle it.
People gets falsly banned all the time, or they aren't even banned at all. Keep that in mind.
