My friends' account has been closed, pls help

Dear GM team

My chinese friend's account has been closed for no reason. The name is Loveacmilan. He tried to logon the website and the respond is : Login failed! Bad credentials.

So at this stage he wants to know if his account has been banned. if no, how to solve the problem. if yes, why

I know him for weeks. He is a good player if you ask me. He should not be involved with gold selling or working studios etc. He is really worried. please help him. Thank you very much for your time.

The account associated with Loveacmilan on the PVP server has been banned for cheats/hacks. This has been confirmed and the ban will not be lifted.

He is free to make a new account and follow our rules.
