changed of country and can't connect

Good evening,

I have changed of location from France to Belgium and am at my house where I have my private connection.
Since I arrived in Belgium I can't login into my account stopping at the authentification and disconnect from server just after.

I tried everything from VPN to realmlist. I tried to connect more than 30 times without any success.

I wanted to know if you could help me with this problem?

Your account (assuming your character name is Budha) has never been banned. It is possible that you (or someone else) tried to log in too many times with an incorrect password. This causes a temporary IP lockout. Wait 30 minutes to 1 hour and try to log in again, or if you cannot remember the password, you can reset it at https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

We have also recently instituted IP lock capability, which could be causing it. If you have not accessed your account for more than 30 days, then it would be IP locked to the country you were previously in. Or you might have set the IP lock yourself. In either case, you can change the IP lock from the password change page linked above.
