Account Hacked #2

Dear Nostalrius

My account got hacked and my character was deleted.
I would be very greatfull to it get my stuff back.

My account is not banned, no idea why a GM named Benevael told me this

They never changed my password. so i changed it asap when i saw it was hacked.
He took my gold and deleted my character.
I do not have any malware / virus on my computer. the hacker knew my old password somehow.

Unfortunately we do not restore deleted characters. Also, please don't edit your original post, (as you did in your other thread), it just gets confusing when you do that.
