Cannot Log In Game : INSTANT DISCONNECT

Hello,
I cannot enter my account, and yes the password is correct, i get instant Disconnect when i attempt to log.
Why is this happening ?

Try changing your country lock setting. You can do this by requesting a password reset at https://en.nostalrius.org/password. It will send you an E-mail, and when you click on the link in the E-mail, you will need to update your password and select a new country lock setting.

If the country lock is not working for you, then set it to 'No Country Lock' and make sure the password you choose is complex.
