Hello. Could you clarify for me, please, why none of my character can't talk even in a group chat? Interested in the reasons why muted? Thank you beforehand.

I think it is a complete mistake, because I hate goldsellers and all they have are blacklisted.

I ask you to thoroughly look into this situation. Including, I ask you to check whether my account has been hacked? I can provide you only 2 IP addresses (static) from which I could log into the game.

I changed the account password and made it more secure.
Besides the added protection against login only from my country.
