i can't login to my mainaccount on the server, i can't login to the webpage and i can't even reset my password because it keeps saying that my username or my email is wrong...

I have a few email addresses, but no address was the right one..? Cant believe that

Can you please disable the iplock for this account?

The account has:
Level 60 Human Warlock on the PvP Server -> Name: Kajyee
Level 30 Human Rogue on the PvP Server -> Name: Balbar

Please help me to get my account back...
