Account Banned

Hi GM,

Char Name: Litaya
PVP server.

I was told my account is banned for gold trafficking and my first thread was locked immediately after the GM replied. Which I don't think it is the fact and not treating a fans of nostalrius fairly.

I never brought or sold gold. In the recent weeks I played less than 10 hours a week only attending my guild raids and was not online at all during non-raid time. If talking about gold transanction, the only char has given gold to this char is my bank account (chrisqueline), which is a lvl 5 mage in SW city, in order to hold stuffs like rune cloths, E'ko gathered by my main char (litaya), sometime sell them on AH and mail some small amount gold back to my main char for buying potions and elixirs for the raid use. These 2 chars are on each other's friend list for more than 3 months and the the in-game mailing activities between them are constant and should not be suspicion as gold trafficking.

So I hope the GM team can further review this case and at least let me know what exactly lead to the judgement on my "gold trafficking". Otherwise it is very frustrated to a honest and supporting fans to nostalrius in the past 6 months.

Would like to mention that before the day I was banned, someone in my guild (a newcomer with a non lvl 60 char, I don't know this guy before) wispered me to ask if he/she can buy some gold to get the mount, as the guild officer I think I should give some advices so I replied to he/she this is not a good idea, trading gold will lead to account ban and should be cautioned.

Not sure if he/she is a gold seller and not sure if your current system will consider someone wispering a gold seller will be flagged to doing gold trafficking too.
