Greetings game master,
Thanks for your attention.I am Kutelomisini,a player from Nostalrius PVP server.According to the lastest change,I have to change my password to get into my account.Honestly i forgot the email account that I used to get my game account. Lots of effort have been paid and countless friends have been made,Being Kute is so amazing,it makes me happy and proud.I may leave this “world” some day,but i don’t want it to be today. I am not prepared.
So can you help me change my password or tell me my register email account.I am willing to provide any evidence you want to prove the ownership of account.

Greetings,

We do not currently have a solution for an inaccessible E-mail address.

If the E-mail is missing entirely from the account, or the format is invalid, then we are working on a solution for that, and the ETA for that it should be available in about 2 weeks.

Note that this will only be available for E-mails that have a clearly invalid form (it is NOT a general E-mail change capability. If your E-mail is in fact in a valid format, then there is likely nothing we can do to help.

Thanks for the attention Game Master.How about just set a time to unlock my account without changing the password?
